Just one last steep bit and that’s it for today. Then you can set up camp and enjoy the magnificent view. The EXOLIGHT I is an ultra-lightweight tent designed for solo backpackers. It is quick and easy to pitch. The tent is built to withstand heavy rain and strong winds.

The pole sections are all connected to each other. This makes the tent more weather resistant and simplifies pitching. The tent requires very few pegs – a great advantage when you pitch it on rocky terrain, for example. The inner tent and outer tent are also connected to each other and are simply plugged onto the pole system. This is very handy if you need to pitch the tent in the rain.

On the opposite side of the entrance is a zippered flap that provides access to a smaller vestibule. Here you can protect gear from the rain, such as your boots.

The outer tent is coated with polyurethane on the inside and silicone on the outside. This means that in addition to its high-strength ripstop properties, it is also permanently waterproof. The EXOLIGHT I has a single entrance that also serves as a ventilation opening. The entrance flap can be held open with the special clips on the poles. The inner tent is made entirely of mosquito netting.
